Steps to owning our designer piece at a discount
STEP ONE: Browse the available dresses to find yours! All sale dresses are not available in store the moment it is added here, therefore they’re not available for try-on prior to the purchase.
STEP TWO: Read the description to understand what you’re buying. Each dress has been measured, with guides to recommended alteration allowances. Note that some dresses with no names from the designer are given made up names. If designer is indicated, the dress is a genuine piece, from the designer.
STEP THREE: Purchase the dress online, and receive it within 3 working days!
Purchasing a sample
You may purchase the samples from the item’s page directly via credit card, or GrabPay! Each gown on the sales page contains 1 item only. Once the item is sold, it will not be replaced. Sample dresses will not be put on hold, it would work solely on first come first serve basis. For certain accessories, there may be more than 1 item in stock. You may select the number of items from the drop down menu directly.
The dresses on sale may or may not be rented out before. On each dress, the current sizing is recorded. Recommendations of a good fit is written so you have a good gauge of the dress fit for your measurements. You may look for a tailor to perform the alterations. Look for the following indications:
1. This piece is unaltered: This means that the sample piece has been ordered in that size, and it is likely that the dress hasn’t left the store / used by clients before. The condition of dresses with this marking is excellent, with minimal retouch required.
2. No indications on whether it is altered a not: This means that the sample piece has been altered before, but the length and allowances hasn’t been cut. The sizing stated is the as is sizing of the current sale piece. So you may easily alter to fit according to the recommended allowance. Minor wear is to be expected. The quality however, should still be very good.
3. With length or other indications: This means that special attention needs to be put in place. Especially the length. It refers to the length being trimmed, so it can no longer be lengthened.
Purchase Policy
All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds. You may not switch an existing rental package or credits for the sale dress. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
When making your purchase, please carefully read over the product details and sizing details, if applicable.
For sample dresses, each designer is different, so their measurements scale can be different too (their measurements can be found in the dress description). Though we take exceptionally good care of our dresses, please note that the items you are purchasing are from our sample collection (not ordered new). Therefore conditions such as slight beadwork/lacework issues are to be expected. By purchasing an item from this website, you are agreeing to receiving the item in the condition of which the dress is in. Please keep in mind that ALL dresses will need alterations to fit you like a glove, regardless of whether a not it is a custom / brand new order / sale dress.
